The School is not merely a place to learn the shapes and procedures of rope. It is defined as a place that encompasses learning about safety considerations, understanding of the body, respect for the partner, handling of equipment, the attitude of maintaining the space, and responsible expression. The School is not simply a place where each person brings their own views; it is a place that shares, upholds, and passes on the policies and standards of one clearly defined school. Accordingly, while students and all those involved may hold individual views, in so far as they are learning at the School, they must understand and respect the School's policies and standards.

These Rules apply to prospective students, enrolled students, those on leave of absence, certified instructors, intern instructors, those participating in recitals and other School-organised events, those involved as models, and any other person whom the management considers to be related to the activities of the School.

Enrolment in the School is limited to those who agree with the purpose and policies of the School, understand the content of these Rules, and intend to abide by them.

The following attitudes are required of those who belong to and learn at the School.

In principle, those belonging to the School may not simultaneously belong to another school, class, or equivalent setting and receive instruction in the same type of technique. Learning different approaches in parallel risks causing confusion in the student's understanding and practice. It also creates difficulties in safety management, as it becomes unclear which standards should be used to judge and investigate the cause of any accident or incident. Those currently receiving instruction in the same type of technique at another school, class, or equivalent setting must declare this at the time of enrolment. Where there are special circumstances, prior approval from the School Head is required.

Even after enrolment, where conduct contrary to these Rules occurs or a serious inconsistency with the School's policies is identified, membership may be reviewed. Membership of the School is not maintained by the mere intention to remain enrolled, but is based on shared policies and mutual trust.

Instruction, evaluation, certification, and assignment of roles within the School shall not be determined solely by technical proficiency, but shall be assessed comprehensively, including safety awareness, comprehension, attitude, etiquette, sense of responsibility, and the degree of shared understanding of policies. Students may possess knowledge or experience gained elsewhere, but these do not take precedence over the School's standards.

The School designates recommended or specified rope and other equipment, placing importance on safety, reproducibility, consistency of technique, and consideration for the body. In classes, recitals, assessments, certifications, and all other activities conducted under the name of the School, the School's equipment policy must be followed.

Safety is the top priority at the School. Students and all other concerned parties must observe the following.

Students must not engage in the following conduct during practice.

The School is a place of learning, and protecting an environment in which all those involved can continue attending with peace of mind is of paramount importance. Accordingly, contact for the purpose of private romantic relationships and solicitation for commercial activities within the School are prohibited. The School must not be used as a place of meeting, solicitation, customer acquisition, or sales.

The following conduct is prohibited at the School.

Photography, video recording, audio recording, and documentation within the School may only be carried out with the permission of an instructor or the management. The faces, bodies, statements, or practical content of other students, models, instructors, or other concerned parties must not be recorded or disclosed without the explicit consent of the person concerned.

Personal information, circumstances, consultation content, physical condition, contact details, undisclosed activities, and other private information obtained about others within the School must not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the person concerned.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, sale, or disclosure of teaching materials, documents, diagrams, photographs, videos, assignments, information relating to the certification system, instructional content, and all other learning assets distributed or provided at the School is prohibited.

The School operates on a monthly fee basis. Monthly fees are paid for the ongoing opportunity to attend and for the maintenance of the learning environment, and are not calculated according to individual attendance. Accordingly, in principle, no make-up classes will be provided for absences or any other reason. However, this does not apply in cases where a class is cancelled due to circumstances on the School's part.

Sharing of class records between students as a learning aid for absent students is permitted. However, such sharing is limited to within the students' group LINE.

Where there is any change in attendance — including absence, lateness, or early departure — notice must be given as promptly as possible. Repeated unannounced absences, last-minute changes, or continued failure to communicate with the management may be treated as indicating a problem with the student's attitude to attendance.

When communicating externally about the School's name, the name of the head, the teacher-student relationship, membership, certification, or content learned at the School, sufficient care must be taken not to damage the School's reputation or safety. The following conduct is prohibited.

The School shall provide an opportunity for a Practice Recital once every three months, open to students of Intermediate level and above. The Practice Recital is defined not as a place to compete in technique with others, but as a place to face one's own learning to date and confirm the level reached and the challenges ahead. Participation is voluntary. However, of those wishing to participate, only those whom the School Head recognises as possessing the technique, consideration for the partner, safety awareness, and attitude appropriate to a performance shall be permitted to participate.

Those participating in recitals, assessments, performances, exhibitions, lectures, publicity, and all other external activities conducted under the name of the School must adhere to the School's policies, technical standards, etiquette, equipment policy, and safety standards to a degree beyond that required in regular classes.

Where a certified instructor or a person who has learned at the School takes on professional work and practises with the School's technical system as a background, they must declare their affiliation and report to the School Head regarding performances, instructional activities, and other external practice.

At the School, the second-generation Randa Mai may grant Certified Instructor status to students whom she recognises as possessing technique, safety awareness, comprehension, etiquette, and the heart of a rope artist. Certification categories are Beginner Instructor and Intermediate Instructor, and a certificate of certification shall be issued to those who qualify.

Even those who have received a certificate of certification may not immediately take charge of classes independently. To act as a certified instructor, one must first learn as an intern how to conduct classes, methods of instruction, safety management, how to prepare the space, and how to handle students.

Only after completing intern training, and only where the second-generation Randa Mai or a certified instructor recognised by the School judges the person to be capable of taking charge of classes independently, may that person act as an instructor. Those who reach this stage shall be paid remuneration in accordance with the conditions set by the School.

Certified Instructor status is not maintained permanently once obtained. Continuation shall be confirmed annually from the date of issue of the certificate. Whether continuation is approved shall be assessed comprehensively, including not only technical level but also activity record, understanding of policies, safety management, and engagement with the School.

Where a certified instructor engages in conduct contrary to these Rules, or where the management judges that the person lacks the qualifications to be a certified instructor, measures including suspension, revocation, or expiry of certification may be taken.

In the event that a partner is injured in practice using techniques learned at the School, or that a serious accident occurs, the parties involved must consult the School Head promptly, regardless of the time. The School considers concealment of injuries or accidents to be one of the most serious problems.

Where the School and the School Head provide support, the prerequisite is that reporting, consultation, declaration of affiliation, and sincere response after an accident have been carried out in accordance with the School's policies. Where these prerequisites are absent, the School cannot act as a guarantor for that activity.

Where any difficulty, discomfort, trouble, anxiety, safety concern, or interpersonal problem arises within the School, students must not leave it unaddressed but must promptly consult an instructor or the management.

Where conduct in breach of these Rules or equivalent inappropriate conduct is identified in a student or other concerned party, the management may take the following measures according to the circumstances.

Where the management judges that any of the following applies, suspension from classes, suspension of certification, or withdrawal may be imposed immediately, without prior graduated warnings.

Where it is recognised that learning in accordance with the School's policies is no longer possible, the management may request withdrawal following a meeting or other necessary confirmation. Withdrawal is not solely punitive in purpose, but is a measure to protect the quality of learning, safety, order, and trust of the School.

Consultation is available as needed regarding illness, disability, family circumstances, work circumstances, and other individual situations. However, any exceptional accommodation shall be determined individually by the management within the bounds of not compromising the overall safety, fairness, and operational order of the School.

These Rules may be amended in response to operational necessity, safety requirements, the circumstances of problems that have actually occurred, or changes in social conditions. Amended Rules shall apply from the time they are shared with students and other concerned parties.

Prospective students and enrolled students shall participate in the School having confirmed the content of these Rules and understood their intent.
